1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Perform shipment receipt and processing efficiently, ensuring stockroom organization per company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
6. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Managers.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
8. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
