Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exemplary client service during store hours, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable approach.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently process shipment receipt and organize stockroom according to company standards.
6. Handle transfers, damages, and testers as per company guidelines.
7. Ensure all visual elements are accounted for and report any discrepancies to the Operations Supervisor.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and inventory control.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective multi-tasking and time management skills.
4. Problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
