1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone.
5. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
6. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing.
7. Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
8. Process transfers, damages, and testers as per company guidelines.
9. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
