1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide exceptional client service during store hours, assisting with training on Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Efficiently process shipment receipt and stockroom organization according to company standards.
5. Manage inventory control, including processing transfers, damages, and testers.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
8. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School graduate or equivalent.
