Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients during store hours.
2. Support the Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Participate in programs to reduce inventory loss and shortage.
6. Perform timely receipt and processing of shipments and organize stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company guidelines.
8. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
9. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.

High School diploma or equivalent.
