Sephora Operations Consultant

- Provide exemplary client service, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
- Support the Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Execute shipment receipt and processing efficiently, maintaining stockroom organization per company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company guidelines.
- Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors or Store Management.
- Adhere to sampling policies and procedures, and participate in inventory control.
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer use and arithmetic.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to client and business needs.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
