Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exemplary client service, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
2. Support the Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
5. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
6. Execute shipment receipt and processing efficiently, maintaining stockroom organization per company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company guidelines.
8. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors or Store Management.
9. Adhere to sampling policies and procedures, and participate in inventory control.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer use and arithmetic.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
