1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, organizing the stockroom according to company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers as per company guidelines.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently upheld.
8. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective multi-tasking skills with attention to client and business needs.
4. Time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
