1. Provide exceptional client service during store hours, ensuring a friendly and professional environment.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Efficiently process shipment receipts and organize stockroom according to company guidelines.
5. Handle transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company standards.
6. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure adherence to sampling policies.
7. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficient computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask while addressing client and business needs.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
