1. Provide exceptional client service during store hours, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, ensuring stockroom organization per company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers, while checking in visual elements and reporting any discrepancies.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
8. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.

1-2 years in a retail or client service environment, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.
