Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, ensuring stockroom organization per company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company guidelines.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Participate in inventory control and cross-training in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, ideally within a stockroom setting.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Physical requirements include working in a fragrance-filled environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending/stretching to stock shelves.
