1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and advisors on register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
5. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards.
8. Manage transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators in line with company policies.
9. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
11. Report stock issues and concerns to supervisors or store managers.

Compensation ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour, with performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
