1. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and mobile register consultants.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
4. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
5. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
6. Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards.
7. Manage transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators as per company guidelines.
8. Check visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor.
9. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times.
10. Report stock issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
11. Enforce sample policies and procedures.
12. Participate in stock audits.
13. Some consultants will be trained to perform cashier duties.
