Sephora Operations Consultant

- Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and mobile register consultants.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
- Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
- Receive and process deliveries promptly.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards.
- Manage transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators as per company guidelines.
- Check visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times.
- Report stock issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
- Enforce sample policies and procedures.
- Participate in stock audits.
- Some consultants will be trained to perform cashier duties.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with merchandising concepts.
- Understanding of safety and cleanliness standards.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Attention to detail.
Beginner level experience in retail operations or a related field is required.
