Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Contribute to training of cash hosts and consultants on register and mobile register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cash area.
5. Assist in implementing Sephora's merchandising concepts.
6. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and losses.
7. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
8. Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
9. Handle transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators in line with company policies.
10. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
11. Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
12. Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
13. Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
14. Participate in inventory audits.
15. Some designated consultants will be trained to perform cash host duties.
