1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to organize the warehouse and update merchandising displays.
2. Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and mobile register consultants.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in cashier areas.
5. Apply Sephora merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
8. Handle transfers, damaged products, and samples in compliance with company policies.
9. Communicate missing or damaged visual elements to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
11. Report inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
12. Participate in inventory audits.
13. Designated consultants may receive training for cashier duties.
