1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and mobile cash register consultants.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
5. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and losses.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly, ensuring warehouse organization according to company standards.
7. Manage transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators as per company guidelines.
8. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
10. Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
11. Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
12. Participate in inventory audits.
13. Receive training to perform cashier duties as needed.
