Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
5. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
8. Handle transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators in line with company policies.
9. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
11. Report stock issues to supervisors or store management.
12. Enforce sample policies and participate in inventory audits.
13. Designated consultants may receive training to perform cashier duties.
