1. Provide exceptional client service during store hours, ensuring a friendly and knowledgeable experience.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Mobile POS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, organizing the stockroom per company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers, and communicate any issues to the Operations Supervisor.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
7. Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory concerns to management.
8. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
