- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
- Provide friendly, professional, and competent customer service during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and advisors on point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the checkout area.
- Contribute to SEPHORA's merchandising concepts.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortages and losses.
- Receive and process shipments promptly.
- Organize and maintain stock according to company standards.
- Handle transfers, damages, and testers in line with company policies.
- Ensure all visual elements are checked and report any missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Adhere to safety and order standards at all times.
- Communicate stock-related issues to supervisors, assistant managers, or store directors.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control.
- Designated consultants will be trained in cashier duties.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a warehouse setting.
- Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask while attending to customer and business needs.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
