1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide friendly, professional, and competent customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and advisors on point-of-sale systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cash area.
5. Contribute to Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortages and losses.
6. Receive and process shipments promptly, organizing stock according to company standards.
7. Handle transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company policies.
8. Ensure safety and order standards are upheld at all times.
9. Communicate stock-related issues to supervisors or store management.
10. Participate in inventory control and compliance with sampling policies.
11. Designated consultants will be trained in cashier functions.

1. 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a warehouse setting.
2. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask while attending to customer and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
