1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide exemplary client service and assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Ensure cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
4. Perform shipment receipt and processing efficiently, and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers, and manage visual elements, reporting any issues to the Operations Supervisor.
6. Communicate inventory concerns to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
7. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
