- Provide friendly, professional, and competent customer service during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and advisors on point of sale and SPM systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area.
- Contribute to Sephora's merchandising concepts.
- Participate in programs to reduce shortages and losses.
- Receive and process shipments in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain stock according to company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers as per company standards.
- Verify all visual elements and report missing/damaged items to the operations supervisor.
- Ensure safety and order standards are maintained at all times.
- Communicate stock-related issues or concerns to supervisors, assistant manager, or store director.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control.
- Designated consultants will be trained in cashier functions.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a warehouse setting.
- Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask while being attentive to customer and business needs.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
