Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to organize the warehouse and update merchandising displays.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and mobile cash register operators.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the checkout area.
5. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to minimize shortages and losses.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
8. Handle transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators in line with company policies.
9. Inspect visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
11. Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store managers.
12. Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
13. Participate in inventory audits.
14. Undergo training to perform cashier duties as needed.
