Sephora Operations Consultant

- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and mobile cash register operators.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
- Implement Sephora's merchandising concepts.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and losses.
- Receive and process deliveries promptly.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards.
- Manage transfers, damaged products, and testers in line with company policies.
- Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
- Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
- Participate in inventory audits.
- Designated consultants may receive training to perform cashier duties.
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles.
- Effective communication skills.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates familiar with retail operations.
