1. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora’s merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
5. Receive and process shipments promptly, organizing stockroom per company standards.
6. Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and managers.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.

1-2 years in retail or client service, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Work in a fragrance-filled environment. Physical activity including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, bending, and stretching to stock shelves.
