Sephora Operations Consultant

- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
- Assist in training cash wrap hosts and consultants on register operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cash wrap area.
- Support the implementation of Sephora's merchandising concepts.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and losses.
- Receive and process deliveries promptly.
- Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
- Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers in compliance with company policies.
- Inspect visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
- Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
- Participate in inventory audits.
- Receive training to perform cash wrap host duties as needed.
