1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and advisors on point-of-sale systems and processes.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards at checkout areas.
5. Contribute to Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortages and losses.
6. Receive and process shipments promptly, organizing and maintaining stock according to company standards.
7. Handle transfers, damages, and testers in accordance with company policies.
8. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure adherence to safety and order standards at all times.
10. Communicate stock-related issues or concerns to supervisors, assistant managers, or store directors.
11. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
12. Participate in inventory control activities.
13. Designated consultants will be trained in cashier functions.

1. 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a warehouse setting.
2. Proficiency in computer skills, arithmetic, and organizational abilities.
3. Ability to multitask while attending to customer and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
