1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide friendly, professional, and competent customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and advisors on point-of-sale systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the checkout area.
5. Contribute to Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortages and losses.
6. Receive and process shipments promptly, organizing stock according to company standards.
7. Handle transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company policies.
8. Ensure visual elements are complete and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Adhere to safety and order standards at all times.
10. Communicate stock-related issues to supervisors, assistant managers, or store directors.
11. Participate in inventory control and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
12. Designated consultants will be trained in cashier functions.

1. 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a warehouse setting.
2. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask while being attentive to customer and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
