1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and update merchandise.
2. Provide exemplary client service, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
6. Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, maintaining stockroom order per company standards.
7. Handle transfers, damages, and testers in accordance with company protocols.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and managers.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective multitasking capabilities while attending to client and business needs.
4. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
