Sephora Operations Consultant

- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and update merchandise.
- Provide exemplary client service, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, maintaining stockroom order per company standards.
- Handle transfers, damages, and testers in accordance with company protocols.
- Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and managers.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Effective multitasking capabilities while attending to client and business needs.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Work in a fragrance-filled environment with opportunities for cross-training and skill development.
