1. Provide exceptional client service during store hours, assisting with Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS training for cashiers and consultants.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
3. Efficiently process shipment receipt and organize stockroom according to company guidelines.
4. Manage transfers, damages, and testers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
5. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure adherence to sampling policies.
6. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
