1. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and other team members on register operations.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area.
4. Implement Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
5. Receive and process deliveries promptly, ensuring warehouse organization aligns with company standards.
6. Manage product transfers, damaged goods, and demonstrators according to company guidelines.
7. Report any visual discrepancies or damages to the Operations Supervisor.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
9. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
