1. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and mobile register operators.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
4. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
5. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
6. Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards.
7. Manage transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators as per company guidelines.
8. Report missing or damaged visual elements to the operations supervisor.
9. Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
10. Report inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
11. Enforce sample policies and participate in inventory audits.
12. Receive training to perform cashier duties as needed.
