1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and execute merchandising updates.
2. Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
5. Implement Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly and manage warehouse organization according to company standards.
7. Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers in compliance with company policies.
8. Inspect visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
10. Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
11. Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
12. Participate in inventory audits.
