1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cash desk hosts and consultants on register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cash area.
5. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to minimize shortages and losses.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Manage warehouse organization and maintenance in line with company standards.
8. Handle transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators according to company policies.
9. Inspect visual elements and report any missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
11. Report stock issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
12. Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
13. Participate in inventory audits.
14. Receive training to perform cash desk host duties as needed.
