1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide friendly, professional, and competent customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and advisors on point-of-sale systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the checkout area.
5. Contribute to Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortages and losses.
6. Receive and process shipments promptly, organizing and maintaining stock according to company standards.
7. Handle transfers, damages, and testers in line with company protocols.
8. Verify all visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure safety and order standards are consistently met and maintained.
10. Communicate stock-related issues or concerns to supervisors, assistant managers, or store directors.
11. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
12. Participate in inventory control.
13. Designated consultants will be trained for cashier duties.

1. 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a warehouse setting.
2. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask while being attentive to customer and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
