Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
5. Process shipments and organize stockroom according to company standards.
6. Handle transfers, damages, and testers as per company guidelines.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
8. Communicate inventory issues to the Operations Supervisor or Store Manager.
9. Comply with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective multi-tasking and time management skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from CAD$19.85 to CAD$24.80, dependent on qualifications and experience.
