Sephora Operations Consultant

- Provide exemplary client service, ensuring a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable experience during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
- Efficiently perform shipment receipt and processing, and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
- Communicate inventory issues to the Operations Supervisor or Store Management.
- Participate in inventory control and programs to reduce shortage and loss.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer and arithmetic skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 and CAD$24.80, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
