Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients during store hours.
2. Support training of cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Assist in upholding Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Participate in programs to reduce inventory loss.
6. Efficiently process shipments and maintain stockroom organization.
7. Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company policies.
8. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
9. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
10. Adhere to sampling policies and procedures.
11. Participate in inventory control activities.
12. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while addressing client and business needs.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
