1. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
5. Receive and process shipments promptly and organize stockroom per company standards.
6. Manage transfers, damages, and testers according to company policies.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently upheld.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or management.
9. Comply with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.40 and CAD$22.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
