Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
5. Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss and ensure compliance with merchandising concepts.
6. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner.
7. Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards and process transfers, damages, and testers.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
9. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while being attentive to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.70 - CAD$22.15/hr, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
