1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
5. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
6. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, organizing and maintaining the stockroom per company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
8. Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in inventory control.
10. Be cross-trained in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficient computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask while being attentive to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation ranges between CAD$17.70 - CAD$22.15 per hour, with potential performance-based bonus opportunities.
