Sephora Operations Consultant

- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
- Perform shipment receipt and processing efficiently, organizing and maintaining the stockroom per company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
- Check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
- Communicate inventory issues to supervisors, assistant managers, or the store manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation ranges between CAD$17.70 - CAD$22.15 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
