1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
5. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
6. Perform shipment receipt and processing efficiently, organizing and maintaining the stockroom per company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
8. Check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
10. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors, assistant managers, or the store manager.
11. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
12. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$17.70 - CAD$22.15 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
