1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support the implementation of Sephora's merchandising concepts.
5. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
6. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing.
7. Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
8. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company guidelines.
9. Check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
11. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
12. Participate in inventory control.
13. Cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
