1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
4. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
5. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner.
6. Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers as per company standards.
8. Check in all visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies and procedures.
10. Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
11. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.

High School diploma or equivalent.
