1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support the implementation of Sephora’s merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
5. Perform shipment receipt and processing efficiently, and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers as per company guidelines.
7. Check in all visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies and procedures.
9. Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
10. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient computer skills and arithmetic abilities.
2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably involving stockroom responsibilities.

High School diploma or equivalent.
