Sephora Operations Consultant

- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
- Support the implementation of Sephora’s merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
- Perform shipment receipt and processing efficiently, and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers as per company guidelines.
- Check in all visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies and procedures.
- Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
- Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient computer skills and arithmetic abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably involving stockroom responsibilities.
High School diploma or equivalent.
