1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
5. Adhere to and assist in maintaining Sephora’s merchandising standards.
6. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
7. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing.
8. Organize and maintain stockroom according to company standards.
9. Process transfers, damages, and testers as per company guidelines.
10. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
11. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
12. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
4. Problem-solving and communication skills.

1-2 years in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
