1. Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in shortage reduction programs.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing.
6. Organize and maintain stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company protocols.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or managers.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective multi-tasking and client service skills.
4. Excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Strong communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably involving stockroom responsibilities.

High School diploma or equivalent.
