Sephora Operations Consultant

- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on register operations, including mobile registers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
- Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to minimize shortages and losses.
- Receive and process deliveries promptly.
- Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
- Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers in compliance with company policies.
- Verify visual elements and report any missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
- Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
- Participate in inventory audits.
- Some designated consultants will receive training to perform cashier duties.
- Beginner level experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in handling inventory and warehouse management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation.
