1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on register operations, including mobile registers.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
5. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to minimize shortages and losses.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
8. Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers in compliance with company policies.
9. Verify visual elements and report any missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
11. Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
12. Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
13. Participate in inventory audits.
14. Some designated consultants will receive training to perform cashier duties.
