- Provide friendly, professional, and competent customer service during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and advisors on point-of-sale systems and SPM.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the checkout area.
- Contribute to Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortages and losses.
- Receive and process shipments promptly, organizing and maintaining stock according to company standards.
- Handle transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company protocols.
- Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor.
- Ensure safety and order standards are consistently met and maintained.
- Communicate stock-related issues or concerns to supervisors, assistant managers, or store directors.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control.
- Designated consultants will be trained in cashier functions.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in computer skills, arithmetic, and organization.
- Ability to multitask while being attentive to customer and business needs.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
