Sephora Operations Consultant

- Provide exemplary client service, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, ensuring timely organization of the stockroom.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers in accordance with company standards.
- Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer use and arithmetic.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably within a stockroom environment.
High School diploma or equivalent.
