Sephora Operations Consultant (Flex)

- Maintain stockroom organization and merchandising standards in partnership with the Operations Supervisor.
- Receive, process and accurately log inbound shipments; handle transfers, damages and testers per company procedure.
- Perform inventory control activities and participate in shortage-reduction programs.
- Support store presentation and cleanliness within the cashier zone; ensure compliance with Sephora’s visual merchandising concepts.
- Train and assist cashiers and colleagues on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems as required.
- Communicate inventory, visual or safety issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers or the Store Manager.
- Ensure sampling policies and safety/tidiness standards are upheld at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or merchandising responsibilities.
- Demonstrable organizational aptitude and basic computer and arithmetic skills.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform repetitive bending and stretching.

1–2 years of retail or client-service experience is required; preference for candidates with prior stockroom, inventory or merchandising exposure.
