Sephora Operations Consultant (Flex)

1. Maintain stockroom organization and merchandising standards in partnership with the Operations Supervisor.
2. Receive, process and accurately log inbound shipments; handle transfers, damages and testers per company procedure.
3. Perform inventory control activities and participate in shortage-reduction programs.
4. Support store presentation and cleanliness within the cashier zone; ensure compliance with Sephora’s visual merchandising concepts.
5. Train and assist cashiers and colleagues on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems as required.
6. Communicate inventory, visual or safety issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers or the Store Manager.
7. Ensure sampling policies and safety/tidiness standards are upheld at all times.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or merchandising responsibilities.
3. Demonstrable organizational aptitude and basic computer and arithmetic skills.
4. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform repetitive bending and stretching.

1–2 years of retail or client-service experience is required; preference for candidates with prior stockroom, inventory or merchandising exposure.
